How a repair works
No storefront, no waiting room. Just a simple process you can follow from your phone.
Open a ticket
Fill out the short form. We send shipping or drop-off instructions.
Approve the estimate
We diagnose it and send the price. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Repair & test flight
We fix it, then fly it at a local park to prove it works.
Pick it up
We tell you when it’s ready. Pick it up, or we ship it back.
Simple, flat labor prices
Labor is flat by model. Parts are listed on your estimate, so the total is clear before any work starts.
Decline the estimate and you pay a $39 diagnostic fee. Custom FPV repairs and builds are quoted case by case.
Common questions
How long does a repair take?
We aim for about three days from drop-off to pickup.
What if I decline the estimate?
You pay a $39 diagnostic fee and get your drone back as it was.
Do you have a storefront?
No. We work from a home shop in North Phoenix, which keeps prices down. You get drop-off instructions after you send a request. Pickup and delivery are available for a fee.
Can I ship my drone to you?
Yes. Choose “Ship it” on the request form and we send you the shipping address.
Do you repair the Phantom 2?
No. It’s never worth the repair cost, and we’d recommend a newer model instead.
Do you work on custom FPV drones?
Yes, case by case. We also do custom FPV builds. Email us to talk it through.
Open a repair ticket
Takes about two minutes. We reply with shipping or drop-off instructions. Drop-off is in North Phoenix near the 101 and I-17.
